Not fit for purpose
I keep trying to be positive about this app and give it a chance as it has many great features but fundamentally I am frustrated every time I use it. Which is mainly when I want to book daycare or purchase packages for my dog. I don’t want to book a date and time when I bulk buy passes, I would like to buy the passes and use them when I am ready to. I also don’t then wish to wait for the purchase to be accepted before I can make further bookings - my day is so busy with my job I tend to sort out daycare in the evening and would like to do it all in one go. I have to book one day at a time which means if I am booking 5 - 10 days in one go all them have to be done individually rather than all in one go. The system my daycare provider used before they transferred over to this app was far better for the customer than this. Navigating around the app is also frustrating, there needs to be more ability to ‘go back’. I also can’t see how many passes I have available nor can I see what the cost is until I have got through to the payment section which is too late. There is a lot that needs sorting out on this app, it would cause me to go elsewhere if I had the choice.
