非常小众的一款应用,功能强大,和shortcuts结合可搭建个人数据中心!
Replacing HanDBase app since it is slowing down. Collections imports CSV and recognizes my lists. As of 2025 this is my go-to database. Still lots to learn about features but a big improvement is sync via iCloud to all my devices.
Please let us have unlimited entries for free I love this app but it’s limited and I wish it was not PLZ I WANNA KEEP TRACK OF MY DVDS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I sell vintage items and have shops on several online platforms. Besides the obvious data I need to keep (photos, titles, descriptions, keywords, price etc.) I also have internal data such as condition notes, weight, and location in my own storage. Since I take and touch up photos on my phone, a lot of my workload is now done directly on it. This app has worked great for me. It’s simple and user friendly, with just enough customizable fields to allow me to create the database I wanted, without a whole bunch of confusing and hard to configure variables. I’ve been able to save long-winded descriptions and then duplicate and tweak when listing new similar items. For those users who might be considering it for the same purpose, it allows for as many photos as you need and has color coded fields for quick visual confirmation (I use theses for storage areas for instance). Currently my primary database has about 3500 items. Sadly its search feature seems a little stretched thin and takes a moment. Otherwise I love this thing. If you’re looking for the most robust and scalable solution, this is probably not for you. But if you’re cataloging a personal or side hustle collection it’s perfect.
The app works well, and I found it relatively easy to get started. Unfortunately, the UX on macOS is really rough. It’s doesn’t appear to be macOS native, as all of the buttons and interactions are based off iOS/iPadOS. And there’s practically no keyboard support. Not being able to tab through various fields, swipe back and forth, etc. really slows me down. These issues certainly impact the app’s accessibility, which I can’t speak to first-hand but imagine makes this app completely unusable for many. All told, the core features and functionality are really great. The UX ranges from bad to poor, and really holds the app back. I’d pay 3–4 times the price for a macOS-native version.
This is a good database app that requires some serious options added to improve its usefulness. You can use Templates, but it is still time consuming to set up a database exactly the way you want it to work (which that and changing it overtime is a major strength), but without a backup/restore option can make the invested time wasted. You can use sync, but to restore from it can take extreme amount of time and may still require some manual adjustments (like sub collection placement). Another missing feature is a fillable form (or a cleaner/adjustable) interface) to add data into a collection. I would recommend this app to hobbyists as a simple database setup can export/import simple tables (simple backup/restore). The app is priced right for this usage and (at the time of this review) it’s non-subscription and no data is collected which already makes this app stand out compared to the alternatives. Once these requests are made and the iPad version sees less bugs this would easily be a 5* app still in progress.
Great little database app. Super flexible but well made - lots of little nice UX touches. Only big downside is there’s no collaborating on a database eg with a family member.
Can’t add from shortcuts action
