Auto pay and multiple bills that I don’t understand

Why do I get a bill every two weeks? Also, it says on my latest bill that I owe $40 immediately. Where I can see it being deducted from my bank account.

I contacted a representative a couple of days ago concerning the app showing that I owed a certain amount by 6/26 when I already paid the bill 11 days earlier. I was told that the amount it was showing was the new payment due in July. Today I looked at it and it was $50 more! Also get errors trying to set my options for email delivery of the bill. No longer receive email notifications when a new bill posts! Really not a very user friendly app.

Issues with billing is causing problems haven’t received a bill in 5 months and been in phone with customer service trying to resolve this and am told sorry for inconvenience but comed is experiencing problems on their end and when comed get this resolved I will receive a bill a huge one for all the months I haven’t got one but please be patient!! I called for 4 months now about 20 times and hours on hold this needs to stop!

It is becoming impossible to keep up with all of these bills as everything keeps going up. Electricity is becoming a necessity I cannot afford.

The new app is horrible. Can’t even sign in. When I get close, it crashes, or I just get the endless wheel of death. Complete waste of an app and ComEd needs to hire mobile app developers who actually know what they’re doing.

Can’t process payment

I can’t process payments on the app for my account at this time. I tried to pay via the chat option, it doesn’t actually exist. Instead it tells me to use the app. I try to submit a form and it has me fill out my information as if I’m not even signed in. It’s asks for my account number…. Really? I am logged into the app with all of my information, why?
