This is a scam company. No one responds to you, you can’t track anything on the app, it’s really sketchy. Don’t lose your money to this scam company.

Love this app, love the product. So easy to navigate and always have the on trend items!

I ordered about 15 pieces to try out for the first time. The quality of most pieces was good and very nice, I received few complement about the stuff that I kept. Some piece the size was running small. For return you need to pay for shipping label but I see the majority of these online stores have it now all. They offer store credit which is nice to me, to shop for other items.

This is the worst app I have ever encounter. They will never sent you a shipping label. If you wanna return your clothes that you did not wont, they make it extremely hard to send back. Don’t use this app!!!

They give great recommendations and shipping is fast. Email responses are a little slow, but that's okay.

They changed an item in my order from in stock to pre order ***after**** I paid for my order. I emailed to be refunded and they never responded. Hoping I get my package someday

Got a co-ords set and it didn’t come with a shirt ! Not worth it !

Absolutely Commense! The quality of the clothing and accessories are great and for an amazing price. Customer service is also awesome! They make returns very simple and are straight forward with the process. Can’t recommend enough!

Your customer service is awful!! You do not get back to people fast only your automated email does and it does nothing and does not answer anything!! I feel this is a scam! I work very hard for my money and you people just stole it! Shame on you!! I have tried numerous times to contact you and nothing! SHAME ON YOU!! I will be contacting Instagram and report you
