I cannot log into my account through the website or through the app. It keeps telling me that it will call me for a code and I don’t get a phone call or a text.

Can’t get the app to open just stays stuck on the con edsion logo

How should I proceed ?? Cancel the old autopay and submit a new one with updated info ? The site won’t let be change my account nbr. No rep to talk to ..😞

Very fast and precise

Won’t even open past the con ed logo. Shouldn’t be this hard to just pay my bill.

Update the app has become more and more buggy. The login and page does not even remember my credentials anymore. Face ID login does not even work half the time and I have to punch in my username and password. After logging in the tabs don’t even show up half the time. When the tabs do show up and you click on the menu, it says error. Needs an overhaul.

Your online site is down a lot and causing me a late payment fee! I don’t see why I should have to pay late fee when I couldn’t make my online payment for over 2 weeks! I’m always on time and early with my my payments.

This app is very spotty. I might go back to snail mail if it’s 3 star performance keeps up.

Mobile experience great, web not so much. I can no longer view pdf history. The auto pay feature didn’t work when I first set it up. My gas balance was zero for four months, then all of a sudden got charged. It’s clear there is a lack of priority in the fundamentals. I don’t want to use mobile to mange my finances.
