TBH. This app is very simple. Which is GREAT. The user interface makes it very easy to maneuver around the app. Easy apply for special programs if you’re struggling to pay the bill.

The app is confusing and doesn't show much detail review

User interface could be friendlier. 1. Many difficulties logging in. 2. Took MANY months (>6) to update my account number. 3. Would be helpful to be able to print out the bills and other components. For an unknown reason, ConEd stopped mailing bills to my home. I enter all the component parts of the bill into Quicken when I pay. So, it’s not helpful to see the entire bill on a tiny mobile phone screen. I need to review every line item. Please add a PRINT feature. Thank you, in advance.

I really like the way con Ed work with there customers the company allows you to pay your bills in app and also if you are struggling in any given month the option is there in app to ask for assistance for that month , another thing is now you can apply and upload required documentation for the assistance that was great con Ed I really liked that option keep up the good work as usual and continue to lite our way

Apps works well and quickly. Easy way to view my acct and pay my bills.

It can never log in. And when it finally does kicks you off. If I could give this a negative star rating I would.

For some reason at times I have problems logging in & yes I am typing my correct password & email… I never had this problem & for about a week now I’m not able to login
