Doesn’t support iPad Magic Keyboard and Mouse, have to continue to turn on keyboard to use it, and mouse you have to use virtual mouse on screen.

Stuck in a loop complaining about an expired session access token. Even a reboot didn’t help.

Latest version

Keeps crashing when coming out of a remote session and 2fa code isn’t saved. Have to keep entering it again every time!

Not a scam!!

Everyone: Please be aware this app has nothing to do with scams. This is an IT Remote Monitoring Management tool, which yes can be used by scammers, but doesn't mean its not a legit app for IT personal. With that being said, if you do not know what this apps function is then don’t download it just cause someone is telling you to. For the developers of this app you need to update this app it is so outdated not viable for 2024. Especially the mouse options when I use the Magic Keyboard the mouse function is so cumbersome. Our organization has used your product for years and the desktop tool is great, but the iPad app is lacking.

I was asked to download this app then to fill out a google form then to open my bank app to see if I received a confirmation. Total scam I do not recommend downloading. When I stated I would figure it out through my bank or the police they hung up on me. Then the app magically disappeared and was uninstalled from my phone!
