If I could I will give zero star most lousy app I use before it dun even worth to have star

I key in my phone number, click send, within 10sec I received nothing. I keep clicking send button for almost 30mins still received nothing, how would I register your tyre with warranty like this? This is suck

The company has a silly policy that requires you to register your tyres 7 days from purchase. When a car has transferred ownership there is no quick way of deregistering the vehicle number plate from the previous owner’s app which means the new owner cannot register the new tyres under an existing car. Honestly, not sure what your PM was thinking but why would you need to have that limitation on car number plate in the first place since the app is for registering tyres for warranty which have a definitive expiry date + unique serial numbers. Use case completely missed. Worst of all is the feedback feature is so badly done you might as well not have it at all. There’s no history or way of contacting a CS agent directly. It’s like you can just throw your issues into thin air and hope something comes back because literally there’s nothing to tell you when you’re ever going to hear back.

Right after installing, no option to register as new user. Straight forward to sign in option. Try request code multiple time but not coming in at all.How to register???

Downloaded this stupid app, can’t even receive any OTP how to register and check the info? Please Fix it
