It keeps telling me that my device is not inserted properly. But it is bc it starts the app. FIX THIS!!! Seems to be a common complaint lately.

This thing is straight garbage, it deletes everything you save to the USB stick, so if you transfer all your stuff to the USB stick and then delete everything off your phone you will be completely out of luck because you’re not gonna be able to get any of that stuff back. Don’t believe me, go read the other negative reviews of people saying the exact same thing.

I had to give my younger brother my old phone so I saved all my pictures and videos the normal way and it worked perfectly fine… 2 months later I wanted to add more pictures and videos from my new phone since the storage was slowly getting full… I tried it again and at first it seemed like it’s working but I wanted to check the photos I saved out and the app would just crash… I tried it multiple times then I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still kept crashing… then I decided to give the stick some rest. The next day I wanted to check out again but now ALL my pictures are gone!!!! I used about 20% of the storage in there and now it says I’ve used 0%… now all my pictures from the old phone are gone…😖💔 all the memories I’ve gathered… if I could give it 0 stars, I would, but that’s not possible… unfortunately. I’m so sad and devastated

Horrible App, almost useless

Not sure What is up At 1st Files Were Moving to Drive through app on Device, No Problems. But Now they Move & either Most of pic Missing. Or If Video says File space used But When go to Play it Say 0:00 of video there then it disappears. ? And some pics no longer on device so I have lost them? I know on Computer don’t need App so Maybe the Flash Drive will work there since don’t have or need to use app on my Computer If The app Starts working better I will Update my Review. Just Downloaded the app on October 22nd after got the Flash Drive So New to it. After issues deleted app a few times then added back & offloaded it a few times also to see if that would Help & Still have the same issue

When trying to create file, every name including just a number 155 or just the letter a fails to create. Also none of the media types photo, video,documents, contacts are all greyed out and not selectable. When checking cordisk files, 0 bytes are available as if no memory is on the stick other than a corrupted operating system.

App worked fine and today just closes after startup. Lookup for an alternate app that actually works

This does not work correctly period. I have a iPhone 11pm I. I thought it was me or my phone. But after a couple people read the instructions with me the opinion holds. I just spent my hard-to-come-by money on a piece of junk. All to save and protect videos of my deceased mom. Buyer beware here!!!

I loved this app up until today. When I go to look at my photos on the jump drive, the app immediately kicks me. I can’t check out any of my past photos, especially since I would have to pay to convert many of them for viewing on my computer.
