After I transferred photos for the second time, I can no longer access the app.

At first I loved this app and the otg itself since it was able to function well and can be read by my iphone knowing that ios devices are too sensitive and not compatible to everything. But after several minutes or times of use I can no longer copy photos or videos on it. The app forced close. I tried restarting my phone and unistall re-install the app but still I encounter the same problem. I hope you can fix this problem

This is not a good app to save and store your files

Apps always forced closed and display no memory available. Fix this might change my ratings.

Please update the app. It’s not working in the latest ios. Or perhaps the device itself is already broken after just a few uses.

Pls fix the app. Why the app is not showing any files from my otg. I cannot view nor transfer it anymore. I’ve only used it twice only.

It’s automatically copied all photos from my iPhone but those I copied from iPhone to this usb, there were none as in zero. Now some remaining photos that automatically copied to this usb could not delete anymore. Had a hard time.

It doesn’t work :(

I can’t even saved my videos using this. It is always transferred failed. The external drive is now a waste of money.

MY FILES GOT DELETED WTH Got to use it to transfer files a month ago then tried opening it again and it doesnt show the files i saved! It says memory 0.0 available All the files were gone!!!
