How disappointing this is! The app says “something went wrong” at login. I tried safari and get “too many redirects “. Sort of unbelievable.

They delivered the food to the wrong address and won’t issue a refund for their mistake! Beware of this company!

Love the food but the App is trash. Can never view my credits, personal info, etc. Just keeps trying to load.

I very much have enjoyed CookUnity thus far. their service that they provide is excellent and is well priced. You can definitely save a lot of money compared to eating out every day. however, what isn’t great is their app. It’s really poorly designed and has lots of ridiculous issues and silly flaws. One big awful flaw is the fact that you often can’t see the full roster of meals that are available on the website. For some weird reason the app hides certain meals and you can’t access them unless you look at the menu on their website. Another big, ridiculous glitch is in the “history” part of the app. when it comes to the soup or plastic container dishes I usually go to the app to look for the instructions for that particular soup dish in the history tab, since it shows all of your recent orders, which is where I can find the meal info pages. But I discovered the history tab is COMPLETELY broken! it would not load with pulling up meals you’ve ordered so you can see reviews and heating instructions. It straight up does not work. Also worth saying, this review would be a thesis if I listed every other single small issue here. Anyhow, those are the two biggest ones that I’ve noticed. I really hope they fix these cause this platform could be a lot better especially on their app. Otherwise I do enjoy CU.

This app ALWAYS needs updated. It’s useless

This is a subscription service with a glitchy app that doesn’t always save selections or weekly cancellations. This means you get the wrong items, and often get billed for weeks you cancelled. Their customer service is completely tone deaf to this issue and they give absolutely not exceptions or flexibility. For example, I schedule a cancellation for the week of Christmas, then received an email indicating that my order had been processed and will be delivered. Calling support less than 1.5 hours after having received this email, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would be billed $120 for food I don’t need. This is not the first time this has happened. And their food is generally not that flavorful, and there’s typically limited options. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

The app doesn’t allow you to view the menu without going to an order and click add more.

I opted for 16 meals thinking I’d get the most value. Delivered on a Wednesday, all meals expired on day 2,3 and 5. So didn’t make it a week for freshness. Pepper in every meal, even tho it didn’t indicate a spice level. I know it’s trendy to put heat in everything, but I can’t eat spicy so it was a no go for me.

I created 2 different logins thinking it was my email. But I can’t log in both on the app or website…

Super glitchy. Was looking to test out the service to see if I prefer it to Factor, but can’t even stay logged in to create an order. A shame.
