I have no idea what is going on in 2021 it worked just fine now it detects my device just doesn’t connect like what the hell is happening.

My watch no longer connects to my phone or my CoolWear app. My airplane mode is off but Bluetooth and wifi are on. The time is off by quite a bit, and it won’t connect to anything. Not happy 👎

I’ve been trying since I got the watch and it can’t seem to read my heart rate no matter how much I change it please help fix it.

The app has a ton of great features and is easy to use . It dropped a star because the data doesn’t sync to apple health (with the exception of the heart rate ) it is on the app though. Since the app doesn’t have a calorie counter like it’s competitor and doesn’t sync to one is another reason I don’t give it five stars Honestly though for the price of the watch you do get a lot with both this and the app, however some minor tweaks would knock its competitors out of the park !

i have sensory issues and i can’t figure out how to get my watch to stop bussing when i press the button

Doesn’t wake up in rise nor i see where can i add my own picture like advertised.. help?

I’ve tried resetting the watch and reinstalling the app but they no longer connect. The app will find the watch easily but won’t connect to it. Now I can’t even adjust the time on the watch, which is off by several hours.
