Copa Airlines

Even when I consider the low standards in Panama. Copa is the worst Airline you can Imagine. Customer Service and Organisation is not even one star.

Vielleicht wurde die App groß upgedated, aber ich finde sie klasse! Super einfach zu bedienen, übersichtlich und alle Funktionalitäten klappen. Besonders die Notifikationen sind herausragend! - Nachricht über Gate - Nachricht über eingecheckte Koffer mit ID - Nachricht über Gate Wechsel - Nachricht über Start des Boardings Was zu verbessern wäre - Freigepäck wird bei Upgrade auf Business falsch mit 0kg angezeigt - Status des Hinfluges wurde trotz Stornierung des Fluges nicht als solches angezeigt. Es kam nur eine Mail Kann die App aber definitiv empfehlen. 2 Sterne sind viel zu wenig!

Bei allem was mein eingibt kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Ich hab zwei Flüge beim Hinflug kann ich keine Sitze zum reservieren auswählen es kommt immer ein error, selbst bei den Kostenpflichtigen, welche ich kaufen möchte…. Beim Rückflug hat’s komischerweise funktioniert. Der Rest Funktioniert einfach nicht. Bin ja gespannt ob der CheckIn funktionieren wird…

Registrierung, Checkin, sämtlicher Rest: nichts funktioniert in dieser App! Ätzend

Why create a software which is worse less? Never seen anything like it. If you want to keep your nerves do not attempt to use this app.

Die Registrierung geht nicht, sowie der Check In. Das beschreibt auch die Airline im ganzen.

This airlines provides poor customer experience for flight changes. Not sure how Apple approved their app with so many flaws. They charge a penalty for no show. Their monopoly driven attitude will eventually come to surface with law suits.

It's a terrible app (both on mobile and web). Loads on forever when you're trying to get ticket quotes. It's just come to the point I assume all booking must be routed through the call center and avoid quoting through this horrible app.

It doesn’t load ticket prices unless you do it with miles and it lags horribly.

Almost impossible to create a new account, this make think twice in buying an international flight. Sorry guys ! You need to fix this first app and website. I started with the wrong foot , it is time to run away !
