Copart I think is a scam bumping up the sale price during auction

after the recent update,when i click to view a car in HD format,90% time it just shows up with a black screen.I have tried switching to wifi and cellular but no change!

I bought a Mercedes A Class Used run and drive from Sandwich. On the pictures there was only 1 damage on the front bumper and when I went there I found out more than 4 damages including the windshield. I asked for a supervisor and after 3 hours he showed up acting and putting a drama saying I went to refill my tooth and I don’t really feel well like I was responsible for his pain and felt like I was a burden on his shoulders. I showed him the auction pictures that the car was completely in a different condition compared to the car I’m seeing which he agreed and said that I should be able to get a compensation for it as there wasn’t just a single damage, infotainment screen had a crack, windshield cracked, driver side passenger door had a dent, and obviously electrical faults which they never bothered mentioning about. The supervisor I think his name was Nil said I’ll open a case and will soon forward it to the consumer rights blah blah so I left and after a few days I called in their Sandwich branch to enquire about the issues which they did not have any idea about and was shouting on me for not being responsible and leaving the yard without pointing the damages to a member of staff! I said I already spoke with Nil the supervisor and he took pictures and said I’ll work on it. After a month of chasing I finally got in touch with Nil only to hear him say we can’t do anything about it. Such a bast**d piece of Sh*t wasted my time and over £2000 on the damages. I could buy a car 1000 times better than that a class with warranty for the price I paid. Scam scam scam…
