Consistently Locked Out of Account / FaceID Doesn’t Work
Ever since I started using the Corebridge App, my account login info consistently does not log in even though I’m 100% sure I’m using the correct credentials. After a couple “failed” attempts, it locks me out and the only solution is calling their Customer Service and having it reset. After reset, it the login info will work temporarily but come back a week or so later and it says it’s incorrect login again. The FaceID option also doesn’t work even when I can log in. I’ve even tried clicking the part for resetting the password by entering your username so they can email you and EVERY TIME it locks me out. The app is extremely frustrating to access and needs to be addressed, especially after multiple users have the same complaints. It is the most essential part of the app and when you can’t even login, I can’t even figure what my current financial status is, PLEASE FIX ASAP!
