Ugh I’m sure it’s good but not a single page is loading not signing it not the home page not the search page nothing!! Do you guys know why???

Find the app frustrating, every time I go to use the app without fail I need to log back in again, persist the login details or the expiry is far too short

I’ve looked everywhere on the app to log this but for sometime now if an item in your cart becomes unavailable you can’t remove it and you can’t proceed to purchase the remaining of your cart that is in stock - really frustrating The speed of the app when searching and viewing items is amazing however

App is the worst… can never access my vouchers when I need. App always freezes. Not good at all

Paid $44.90 but there’s no sense of confirmations, products still in cart waiting for checkout with money already paid.

I have a account with cotton on I use it every time I go to cotton on but it simply is no use to me cause I cannot log in to the app. I’ve sat with an employee before and we couldn’t figure out why I can’t log in because I do have an account. every month I’ll try to log in again and the same thing happens it’s ridiculous. I want to use the perks rewards but I can’t. Very frustrating.

Inferior to shopping on the website in almost every way. They haven’t even bothered to include any sort of subcategories besides “women”, “men”, “typo”, in their shop tab, which makes it extremely difficult to find anything. You just have to hope it’s displayed on the main page. If you tap on an item on your wishlist to view it and then tap the back button to return, it refreshes you right to the top of your wishlist instead of back to where you were. Did they hire some underpaid intern to put this together?

I joined my perks account using MY gmail. after signing up, it logged me out. So i tried logging back in but it didnt work. So I clicked forgot password so u can send me my password. But ur system did not send me anything. Thris doesnt happen to other apps. Thank you for wasting my time💕

Twice now I’ve tried to progress to payment using Apple Pay and when it transfers over to process it say $0 for the cart…obviously incorrect. Navigate back to cart and some sort of glitch happens and clears the cart. So have to go through and add everything again? So annoying

Asks me to login to my perks account every 2 minutes - beyond frustrating! Will probably just delete and use the website
