app doesn’t work well, tried placing an order and my items from my bag just disappeared. it also logs me out randomly even when i’m still in the app, i do like their products tho just wish they’ll fix their app asap

DO NOT USE!! It’s a full scam! They took my money but I received 2 items… which I never even ordered. And there is 0 way to contact them!

Have a basket full of items I am unable to checkout as the final process just fails and logs me out! Please fix asap

App doesn’t work and you have to log in every time you open a new page. When you log in it bugs out and sais your account doesn’t exist.

The app is so confusing I don’t understand if I’m logged in or not and when I press remember me it doesn’t. It will also ask me to log in even if I just have. When trying to access my purchases it’ll ask me to log in even when I already am and then it’ll say ‘sorry this page no longer exists’. It also confusing to know when my package will be delivered as it’s very unclear. Overall this app is awful.

Cotton On are amazing for jeans, and i would definitely recommend this brand for anyone looking for all types of jeans.

From basket to checkout nothing works properly how do u expect anyone to huy anything

When shopping the app works fine, although can be a little slow at time, but as soon as you go onto the bag you are unable to tap anything/remove things from your bag etc. Then when you actually go to check out, again nothing is able to be tapped so unable to buy. I want to use the app as get better discounts and is easier, however at the moment I find it to be very inaccessible and actually unable to shop.

Ugh I’m sure it’s good but not a single page is loading not signing it not the home page not the search page nothing!! Do you guys know why???

Find the app frustrating, every time I go to use the app without fail I need to log back in again, persist the login details or the expiry is far too short
