I made the payment, but next month they charged again and doubled the price!!! Dont buy!!!

I had high expectations when I opted for services from this company, but I was sorely disappointed. They made promises during the initial consultations that they simply did not keep. If you’re looking for a something that stands by its word, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Poor service and broken promises have made this experience frustrating and unprofessional.

I purchased from the the plan for 20 usd and the I saw that they charged me extra 60 usd same day for nothing and not explain me why they charged. I asked for refund and they didn’t even bother. Very bad!!!

I don’t understand why is there a test at the begging when they give you the simplest information. My 5 yo nephew can prompt better than this app. I am super unhappy. What a waste of money.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Coursiv. Despite clearly explaining my situation, which involved a severe medical emergency and limited access to their platform, they refused to issue a refund. The company’s policies are inflexible and do not account for cases where users genuinely cannot utilize the service due to unforeseen and critical issues. They claim to value customer satisfaction, yet their actions demonstrate otherwise. They have made no effort to accommodate my situation, which was beyond my control. I am left feeling frustrated and unsupported, and I cannot recommend Coursiv to others given their lack of empathy and unwillingness to offer even a partial refund in light of my exceptional circumstances.

I subscribed for a free trial, but you charged 8,66€, and then 49,99€ EACH month. I cancelled the subscription the same day and deleted the app, as it didn’t work at all. I request the money refund and cancellation of further monthly payments.

Do not try it, do not buy a trial, you will be charged after a week again and they will only pull out the money from your pocket! No money guarantee, no money back!

I love the way the information is presented. I’m just starting but I understand the process. Thank you.
