Charged my card even after cancelling the subscription
Took payment away from apple store and refuses to refund. Apparently cancelling your subscription then tapping into the lessons counts as consent for a subscription to go through. Lots of dark patterns in this payment plan. Do better coursiv. Developers reached out and asked me to submit another ticket to the support email. The response was a copy pasted rejection even after providing proof that i did not violate any terms and conditions. I am extremely disappointed.
