Useless app

Worthless application, difficult to scan and take picture of the device. Once the picture is taken then the app hangs, fails to deliver results. Can’t restart the app, because for that one has to retest with a new kit as the timer has to run again for 15 mins and the results from a 20 mins older kit if not valid. The app is slow and a waste, it’s better to access manually.

As apple has introduced new sensor, the camera is not able to capture the test result properly, the camera should automatically change to the correct lense if not able to focus. Please chk

Please remove the close button on the page to scan for the results. After waiting for 15 mins if someone presses the cross button by mistake the entire test becomes useless.

To the team of CoviFind There seems to be a technical glitch in your app cause at the last when the picture is clicked nothing seems to be moving post that. I have been waiting for more than an hour and all I can see as an option is to retake the image or do nothing. Unfortunately there is no provision to upload a screenshot which could have made you understand what exactly I’m talking about. I’m happy to come on a call to explain in detail. I hope that you will resolve this issue for the benefit of others.

Taken self test and the photo couldn’t recognised the App

I tried exact as stated in leaflet. The app is rubbish it’s not Evan able to take a snap of strip. Once you scan you can not submit it again. Seems some dummy app which they just created to loot people. Very disappointing to see such people exiting.

I found the Spot the result in 15 mins The test is easy quick and accurate. And yes this is ICMR approved so safe to use.
