The app won’t allow you to sign in after registration It keeps bringing me back to home page Been trying to sign in for the past 8 months , I keeps bringing me back to input my phone number and password again again and again Rubbish !!!!!

You people should update your app in a nice way where by we can transfer funds from wallet to card without going to your terminals. Today you made me suffer and therefore I’m giving your app just 1 star, I wish there’s possibility to give it 0 star but keep that for later things

Oshodi BRT operator scanned the QR code, i got debited but then they said i shoildngo buy the paper card that the QR code is not working, my money has not been reversed and i paid for another one. Imagine if tje cowey wallet is all i have that day.they even laughed at me for using the phone wallet in Nigeria. That is to show they’re usee to it not working

Allow us top up by ourselves because these so called agents and taking too much charges from us . PS if I had that extra to waste on charges , I shouldn’t be using it for transportation in the first place .

Hello, before I updated my app to the latest version, I could board using my wallet but after the update, I couldn’t board because the app is stuck on the “Enter your pin” screen after confirming route, I have tried it multiple times but I can’t input pin. Non of the button on that screen is clickable.

There’s a bug that has been in the app for years and hasn’t been fixed. You can’t enter your complete pin for transactions on iOS.

Cannot do a transfer from wallet to card by myself. I have to go to the bus terminal for it to be done for me. Pretty inefficient if you ask me.

With the app, I cannot pay for a bus ride by QR code and also by inputting a bus code. It doesn’t make sense that after funding your wallet you cannot fund the card through the wallet. You will still join another queue to fund the card with charges.

The date of birth column is not confirming after clicked. Kindly rectify swiftly
