I can’t top up my card from here why then is the point of this amazing waste of time app

Poor Refreshing over the app which u won’t be able to monitor ur balance quick

I am shocked I couldn’t use my surname. as the error message was “surname already taken “ I thought this should be for “usernames” not for “surnames “ why do I need to change my surname because someone as used it that sounds very ridiculous. Pls I need help.

It’s waste service. When you can’t do anything related to the business of Cowry. What’s the use of this card. First understand the main use of this card? You can’t use for the main purpose at all, since it is launched till today. I have complaint many times, but they don’t bother. As well the drivers on the BRT is so adamant, they do not allow to tap out when you finish the journey.

I downloaded this app recently and up till date I’ve not been able to receive OTP I’ve tried receiving the OTP by putting the sim I used in registering in different phones and still haven’t gotten it Please do something about this

How does one change password or pin on the app that one didn’t create.. it’s been giving me issues I’m trying to top up from my wallet but it’s asking for payment pin that I didn’t even know I created

Total trash. I’m trying to create a password and there is an error. It would be better not to build an app that has the most basic error than to build it. Period!

If the team can implement tracking of ticketing machines, such that every receipt carries the information of the ticketing device and station that topped up a card. This will allow the company to catch ticketers that have been defrauding people by collecting money and not recharging the cards or not recharging up to the amount they were paid. This fraudulent workers are really making live difficult for passengers . It is unfair that the fare is high and someone will still be defrauding me.

You truly have to wonder what this app is designed to do or what it actually does. It is not possible to recharge the card from your bank or any external platform. Sharing balance from card to account or wallet to card is not supported. The buses don’t accept scan for payment. The device for transfer at the terminals seem to go bad for days. So much has to be incorporated/improved.

The app won’t allow you to sign in after registration It keeps bringing me back to home page Been trying to sign in for the past 8 months , I keeps bringing me back to input my phone number and password again again and again Rubbish !!!!!
