Creality Cloud - 3D Printing

App is terrible prints fail if sliced threw the app and then the camera works even less then before! Needs a big update to make it reliable Camera wise and app wise , slicer just fails to print threw the app now , have to use pc to slice it , works fine if i import the file threw creality print then use my phone to click local file and print the pre sliced file

This app is close to greatness, but has not been designed well at all! TLDR for devs: Please fix the camera reliability and revise the UI so the navigation buttons are always visible. The good: - As long as you have a WiFi Creality printer, you can slice and print from your phone with no laptop, no SD card switching. It just works! - You can upload your own STL or other models and slice those or print from the Creality Cloud catalogue. - When it works, you have control over your printer and remote camera view The bad: - The camera feed rarely works, and requires multiple app restarts to work most times. - The app is horrible to navigate and only has the main 4 navigation buttons visible on the first page so you have to use back arrows sometimes 5-10 times - To print from a file in the app requires quite a long cloud upload process that could be streamlined - The coin currency system is inconsistent and gets in the way. Either charge for models or make them free. Don’t add a layer of abstraction

nice software but does fail to slice quiet a few times which is very frustrating but in all quiet good maybe the glitches can be sorted hopfully

this made printing so much easier, just printing straight from my phone and getting community made models, the list goes on.

Hi, Just a suggestion: It would be nice if we got a notification when the print bed has cooled down below 25-30C (preferably an adjustable figure) Thanks!

This app is full of junk and is really infantile, and it doesn’t seem possible to disable push notifications about events and competitions. There is a lite version of the app that just has the printer controls, which is all I want, however that version doesn’t provide push notifications at all! All I want is to be able to monitor the printer and receive print job notifications without a load of childish junk in the app.

It’s a great machine as a first timer I’ve got a lot of learning to get the best out of the machine made lots of boats 😂 Very happy with my purchase

My first 3D printer is proving to be an excellent choice! Couldn’t be happier with the results. Creality Cloud makes operation simple!

1. Give us a version that is workshop only or let us disable everything else. 2. Don’t treat us like we’re 5 year old. Remove the fluff, idiotic daily challenges, points etc. 3. Hire a good UX specialist. 4. Fire the intern who design your interface. 5. Focus on functionality. 6. Focus on functionality. 7. Focus on functionality. 8. Fix the camera feed bug. 9. Allow us to share the camera feed via url. Poor effort overall.

I received an Ender 3 Neo (V1) as a Christmas present. It hasn’t worked since. The prints won’t stick no matter what we try, levelling, hair spray and glue, higher bed temperature, no fans on the first layer, slow print time, etc. not to mention customer service when I told them took 130 hours roughly to reply because of a Lunar New Year event from a week ago since my message. Then, recently they emailed me about Thermal Runaway and to fiddle around with a device I don’t know. They also tried to get even more videos from me turning on the device which is a potential fire hazard. This is outrageous so we asked for a return or refund only for no reply and when I searched up people said they made them pay for shipping costs. We now have used PayPal to hopefully make them let us return or refund it without any other costs, and will be awaiting a reply before 7th of April otherwise PayPal will refund us.
