This app is unusable, as soon as I enter the authentication code and press next, it crashes automatically all the time. Have reinstalled the app but the same keeps happening!

It’s very rare to have a bill in paper these days, you should allow for uploads of bills etc

App crashes after opening. Unusable.

I tried to use in my phone and my wife's and it's not working. It closes 1 second after opening.

Why do I get the ‘summary’ page before I’ve put any information in? I was expecting the page to selfie and scan first? Now I can’t enter a nickname, various tries? It says that name is taken?

The chip scan failed, but it turns out the verification could be done without it. Why do you ask for it then? Also, my selfie analysis stage got stuck. I had to phone to be told to close the app & open it again. Perhaps there’re bugs in your app?

Won’t accept addresses outside UK.

Totally rubbish can see why Airport took so long to use digital scan - place phone on passport and press scan yer tried about 20 times don’t work does it
