Estate agent Purple Bricks recruited this to check ID, £60.00 for ID check, proper joke and keep on rejecting my ID, stay well clear of Purple Bricks and this money grabbing ID check agent

Why do I get the ‘summary’ page before I’ve put any information in? I was expecting the page to selfie and scan first? Now I can’t enter a nickname, various tries? It says that name is taken?

The chip scan failed, but it turns out the verification could be done without it. Why do you ask for it then? Also, my selfie analysis stage got stuck. I had to phone to be told to close the app & open it again. Perhaps there’re bugs in your app?

Won’t accept addresses outside UK.

Totally rubbish can see why Airport took so long to use digital scan - place phone on passport and press scan yer tried about 20 times don’t work does it

Terrible simple as that

First time using this app and it was extremely easy did have a little trouble scanning my passport but other than that 10 out of 10

Pretty useless scanning functionality. Really frustrating as neither me nor anyone I asked to help me could complete the scanning section. The rest of the steps were easy. Regards, Andreas

The workflow is useless. There are better identification checking apps. Had to swop to a different phone, but that’s not a fault of the app. The app however, kept losing track of where it was in the overall workflow.
