Credit Suisse – CSX

Can Statement settings be changed? No balance appears on the accounts page (only debit/credit) and the statements are retrospective. Debits and transfers don’t happy instantly as they would in the uk banking system.

They’re merging but the big UBS isn’t much better. Unfortunately the best retail banking apps are not with credit Suisse or ubs and customers don’t have much choice as the market is quite locked down to a few big players

There are SO MANY times that I cannot get into the app on my ipad or phone it is rubbish.

The UI/UX is still very poor and trying to navigate to different functions is a hit and miss. You should really look at what your colleagues in Asia Pacific have done with their version of the app.

The website tells me to download the app in order to become a client, but when I select my domiciled residence it asks me which country my existing client relationship is managed. I don’t yet have a client relationship so I’m not sure what to do. Are you accepting new accounts right now? There doesn’t seem to be any way to open one.

The app asks for country of domicile, I select Switzerland, and I’m immediately taken to a sign in page. There’s no button anywhere to sign up, as is advertised. Further, when I click the signup button on the website, it advises me to use the app…Disappointing.

The updated app requires iOS 13...this is not available to download at all....it is however not the only Swiss based App that demands this! As a result I now rely on the internet link...

Seems to be very poor, in order to open an account the website states use the app and follow the instructions however they don’t seem to be there! Wonder how many account they have lost out on…!

Becoming a new customer is difficult. The website says go to the app but there is only login page. I didn’t find ‘becoming new customer’ section 😏

What I don’t understand is if you are British can you still open an account?
