Hey team I’ve sent multiple emails to a “support” email address in the past 10 days and haven’t received a single reply. I’ve tried clicking through your support Hyperlink which also doesn’t load a web page. I’ve reinstalled the app, deleted, reinstalled again, updated the app and to no avail the leaderboard will not load. I click on the tab where it displays my %ile and numbered position and it directs me to a screen which displays four titles; The Open, Quarter finals, Semis and The Games, of which, none of these functions work either. I would greatly love some help in resolving this so I can use the app in its full capacity. Historically the app has been excellent. It’s been quite disappointing this year to have such a distinct lack of communication and support from a sport and brand which I love so much.

Leaderboard keeps “experiencing technical difficulties” for DAYS. Please try and amend this

Got the app in prep for the games. Logged in once gone then couldn’t log in. Did password request a few times. Got no reply so could not use it. App looks good. Customer service not so much!

Constantly crashes and logs you out, very annoying because it is otherwise a good app.

REALLY need an update that brings back percentiles before week 2!

Where did the percentile rankings go? I really liked the previous version where I could see how I stack up against others using the percentile ranking. I can’t seem to find this anymore. I also cant see the total number of competitors to calculate my percentile based on my rank. A rank without the total number of athletes is useless. Please fix this!

The update logged me out and keeps telling me my password is wrong even after resetting it. :/

It’s easy to use. See athletes at my finger-tips. Well thought out too. Thanks.
