Leaderboard not displaying
Hey team I’ve sent multiple emails to a “support” email address in the past 10 days and haven’t received a single reply. I’ve tried clicking through your support Hyperlink which also doesn’t load a web page. I’ve reinstalled the app, deleted, reinstalled again, updated the app and to no avail the leaderboard will not load. I click on the tab where it displays my %ile and numbered position and it directs me to a screen which displays four titles; The Open, Quarter finals, Semis and The Games, of which, none of these functions work either. I would greatly love some help in resolving this so I can use the app in its full capacity. Historically the app has been excellent. It’s been quite disappointing this year to have such a distinct lack of communication and support from a sport and brand which I love so much.
