Worthless crashes every time

Being an older adult. I am finding this app very difficult. It wants me to spend 3500 on an upgrade I didn’t want, I am trying to use my 2 specialty dining vouchers but the app wants me 2 pay. There r 3 ppl in our party but the choice is 2, 4 or 8 ppl. I couldn’t get the photos done. I’m so frustrated I could scream

Your APP will not download I can’t get it to download from the APP Store into my IPHONE

Very frustrating experience communicating with other members in your party using the app. It just doesn’t work. Problems with all users connecting to the service. Just let people use unlimited wifi and this will solve all communication problems.

It seems a bit slow paced. I’m hoping there’s some excitement in this ship

If you are using and Ipad or Iphone, answers on FAQ’s run off the page. It does not allow you to ask a qestion and the questions that are asked, probably planted by NCL, do not help. Navigating is difficult. Maybe I will change it to a 1 star. It is good only for seeing your itinerary but don’t ask qestions about it.

I just downloaded the app for our first ever NCL cruise. Was excited to book my massage but when I pick a day and time, it auto kicks me out every time. My husband has had similar issues with the app on his phone. Hoping this will be fixed before we cruise later this year.

Message Center does not detect when messages have been read (still shows notifications as new unread messages). And, does not have a select/delete option to remove messages manually once you are done with them.

Crashes almost every minute or two. Very frustrating when you pay for limited internet, and your timer continuously runs because of app issues. Not to mention, Norwegian’s several hidden fees and “service charges” ($40 per room per day). Royal Caribbean or holland offer much better vacations for the price, and are a lot less shady and predatory companies in general.
