My employer has been misusing this app.

Every update keeps making my experience worse. Lately it signs me out every other day for no apparent reason. Whenever I forget my password I have to go to my manager cause the way to reset password requires some id number I have never been told about, instead of it being connected to an email or something like every other app password reset

Randomly logged me out and now I can’t login now I won’t know when i work thx

I've been using this app for 4 months since I got my job. There was an update recently and now ever since then, my app won't load, and I can't check my schedule.

Terrible app almost pointless

i’ve had the app for over a year and it was amazing and fast to use, but then something happened to everyone’s app and now i can’t login. some of my coworkers can now login but when i try to do the same things they did to login it will just keep telling me “server error”. now i can only see my schedule online. the online version doesn’t show who’s on the shift with you and a few other things you can’t see but on the app you can use all of it. i’ve tried looking for more help but i’ve gotten nowhere.

Please add calendar sync !!! Everything else works fine but this is a huge downside compared to HotSchedules.

The app is very easy to use and navigate. I’ve never had any problems with it. I do think that it would be really convenient if the app could be installed on an Apple Watch or any smart watch. It would make things super easy.
