I installed the app and read the tutorial. There was no “start” icon on the bottom of the calendar only a option to change settings. I uninstalled and reinstalled this app again, and got the same results

I love the simplicity and ease of use through voice commands. Apple watch integration would be huge, however, to enable use of the application where phones are either impractical or not even allowed. Also helpful would be some type of customization option to the guided cold shower feature. Such as accelerating the increase in length or even allowing the user to set the current length within limits while keeping the guided feature active.

Overall solid app! Really like it! I hope Apple Watch integration comes! That way it’ll be easier to visualize from your watch rather than having to double check your phone.

The app serves its function and keeps me motivated. I love the simplicity with clean graphics and interface. Great improvements, too, as I now can listen to songs while using the app. Thanks so much for creating this app! I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to reap some health benefits and basically change your life.

I have been using for a couple weeks but I have found the voice commands extremely useful. They make the app so easy to use in its intended environment. I greatly appreciate the simplicity and functionality.
