Substandard customer service
I’ve now tried to cancel my subscription for a few days, emailing back and too and the service is poor putting it lightly…. In my bill is states stockhero so contacting them they say they cant find the account, considering they are the same company they don’t seem to know how to email my request the the right dept. Nothing is clear in terms of cancellation, the app says it will be in iTunes to cancel anytime and it’s not there, you can log onto the billing tracker but can’t cancel from there either. Absolutely astonishing that they can get away with this.
