Crystal Ski Explorer

Not being an expert I found the info on the app great for tips and having an idea of resorts etc before going. It’s great to keep an eye on the weather and snow before going too.

The crystal ski app is very good and a great resource for booking and paying for a holiday. My only gripe is that I have 2 holidays booked 1 from Belfast and one from Dublin - when I go to pay off the Belfast holiday I get the option of paying via Apple Pay - however this is not an option when I go to pay my holiday from Dublin- I have put in card details and 4 days later the payment hasn’t shown up as received by crystal. The Belfast payment shows up instantly but Dublin one not?

App was v good to see my details aswell as sharing with my friends and family so the know aswell

Really just a regurgitation of info that you can get from the website or from your rep. The only really potentially useful feature, Find Friends, doesn’t work!

Current version does not show snow dept like old app.

Previously loaded but Find friends feature didn't work. Tried to load latest update and now nothing works. Useless

Good app , would be better if there was chat available, if you had any last minute questions,

Lots of useful info whether you’re holidaying with Crystal or not but it’s so buggy… click to a new section and it just hangs, want to load a resort map? Black screen. The number of times I have to quit and relaunch just to get it to work is insane.

Easy to use, helpful, we love the ‘number of sleeps to go’ all adds to the excitement! Would be good if the ‘Add a booking’ function worked but that’s not a major issue.. 👍

Really helpful and well designed app…easy to update and full of useful information.
