Cuddeback

Just a terrible app all the way around, not user friendly, too many unknowns, won’t let me log in, doesn’t send notifications immediately. I could go on but I’d rather buy different cams

It would be nice if the app would send an alert when new pictures come through and split them up to when they come through.

I gave it a 2 because I can view my pictures from multiple cameras on one plan, it supplies me the most basic of my needs.. Now as far as them being displayed in chronological order, or any order whatsoever, it doesn’t do that... you can’t save any changes to the system settings from the app.. cmon guys, let’s start competing with the other apps out there.. Temperature, Wind Direction, pressure, moon phase, ocean tide, tags to sort pics, data metrics processing how often certain deer come based on tags.. I’m ready to sell my whole system and settle with less cameras and more subscription fees to have all that from one of your competitors….. I’m fairly certain 99 out of 100 cuddeback clients will pay another $30 subscription to get that sort of experience and a small percentage will keep their current pricing for a basic plan as they already have.. Keeps locking up. Need to reload app about every 2 weeks to get it to work

It not letting me register to see any pictures

The app and the cameras are terrible compared to the other options out there. The app design is frustrating and not intuitive, just like their camera interfaces. The app also crashes. I do not recommend.

The app is just about as bad as they come. Terrible. The app must be as old as Cuddeback themself.

Absolutely terrible and dated. Not user friendly.

Photos are not flowing to the app. I can see them on my email but only select few on the app. You have the best system for my farm that has limited cell phone reception. I just wish your app was as good as some of your competitors apps that my friends have.
