Almost every time I tried to use the app to change or set temperature. The app will change my temperature from low and slow to hot and fast. This has ruined perfectly good pieces of meat and cost me money. If you are thinking of getting a smoker that you can control from an app this is not it.

Smoker grill dead in around 2 years. Insides rusted out. But the app worked really well!

Too many bugs to list here. I like the features, if they would only work.

Haven’t been able to use the app for two years. Won’t let my grill connect and the app keeps crashing.

This app will not stay connected. It is total garbage. Do yourself a favor and completely forget it exists.

The app for this product is worthless and I mean worthless. It works when it is first hooked up but after a few months the app go’s nuts and to try and reconnect is a disaster. Very Poor set up From 1 to 10 I give it a -10 yes a minus 10

Ive had this app for over a year and still hasn't ever done an update. There are plenty of bugs to fix in the app. The smoker works great but the app is about garbage.

The app is great over all. Shows all the info I need. But the in app ringer when the smoker is at temp is sooo annoying and you can’t shut it off!! When I open the app it loads my smoker and then instantly rings so I click on the notification to get away and it still rings constantly! Please fix.

Not useful other than make an adjustment to your temperature, setting your probe temperature similar things like that there’s no other usage it does not save any favorites it does not save anything you want to save it does not give you any recipes maybe one the other ones does not show up not useful other than making heat adjustment an timer do work
