When you go to check out the dressings, a little less than half is visible on the app. To find out what it is, you have to click on two so you can read the name of the dressing. To find out what other dressings, you have to keep deselecting on or more to find out what the others are. Someone wasn’t paying attention to where the entry fields are lined up. It’s on all the item add ons. Have the developers not looked at what they created.

The app is not user friendly particularly when attempting to order flavor of the day. After several different attempts at different time periods. When a consumer utilizes an app especially for order one looks for ease of use and not a hassle to order something simple like the flavor of the day. Then when you attempt to do the create your dish option which is apparently where the flavor of the day is supposed to be it’s not listed nor provides the correct option s to create the flavor of the day. Additionally, when attempting to create the flavor of the door you end up paying over a 30% increase in price. There is no ease again for the consumer when attempting to market to the convenience of the app. It actually does the complete opposite, it causes frustration and gives the feeling of dissatisfaction and makes you not want to come back which again is counter intuitive of what you’re marketing towards. I implore you to make so changes and have testing of the app before a new release/improvements

Love the food- not the app

Using this app is like paving a road with on piece of gravel a load it’s just terrible!

The time the app says the order is for does not match what the store says. Food was cold because the app gave a time 10 mins after the food was actually ready.

Why is there no dine-in option?! I should be able to put my order in while driving to the store, pay, and select my table when I arrive.

App is great, love Culver’s more than most fast food and I was happy when an app was released because web ordering was difficult. Biggest issue I’ve noticed lately is after placing and order for curdside, you’re supposed to be able to text here, or tap here in the app and then they bring out the food. Lately I don’t even get to tap here or text here and they are already bringing the order out. I’m not sure if there is a bug that tells the restaurant we are there or if it’s the specific location I go to, but it’s definitely caused several orders lately to be cold and disappointing.
