Hice una compra el viernes 1/Nov/2019 y aun no me hacen mi envío y cuando accedí a mi cuenta en la App me dice que no he hecho ningún pedido cuando ya me habían notificado mi número de orden, también ingresé en Google a la página y me dice que no tengo ningún pedido, mando correos y no tengo respuesta, tengo la captura de mi pedido de que si lo realice ojalá puedan hacer algo porque no es Justo que roben de esa manera cuando uno pone la confianza en su tienda

I have ordered swimsuits from cupshe before and the shipping service is really fast, it came earlier than expected with no troubles and the quality of the swimsuit is amazing! The fabric is soft and comfortable and the color is vivid and doesn’t wash off. Also, the app is very helpful and easy to use! Totally recommend it and will buy again.
