I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago. It was suppose to be delivered 2 days ago. It still keeps saying it’s in transit. Not a good experience as a first time customer.

I’ve ordered many items over the past several years and always been satisfied with everything I’ve gotten. The majority of my purchases have been swimsuits and sometimes I have to exchange for different sizes, but their customer service is great and very easy to work with. The material and durability is fantastic and as long as you follow the sizing guides, you should be good.

I placed an order 5 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I was so excited to wear this dress to a Christmas party tonight. The updated shipping is a joke and the customer service isn’t helpful at all. I’ve ordered from CUPSHE a few other times and the waiting game to get anything is insane. They are a busy successful company you’d think they’d figure out the product getting to the costumer in a reasonable time frame would be something they’d fix. Never ordering again

I’ve ordered from this app a few times without any issues. I typically buy swim suites from capshe but decided to try some clothing on my last purchase. Everything fit true to size for me and was decent quality for the price range.

I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve purchased through Cupshe! Even my granddaughter loves their clothes 💕
