No indication of a free trial or how much the programs cost until you go through there manipulative sales process. It took 30 minutes to get through the painfully slow automated chatbot sales funnel. Then I received a salesy email ‘Hurry! This Offer Lasts 48 Hours’ lol. You have one option of spending $155 for the year, and no other options or no free trial. I would sell more upfront with this at the start, wouldn’t have wasted half an hour. ‘No. 1 highest quality app for relieving pain - from a large scale of peer reviewed study’ but they don’t mention the organisation that did the study. More sales tricks

I love how this app uses science to reduce people’s fear around pain and encourage people to start moving again. It’s so easy to isolate yourself from the world when your in chronic pain but the CBT tactics such as somatic tracking has really made me be able to manage my symptoms. I am 1 month in and it has reduced by symptoms by around 70%

Just given the different iterations of the same “life events cause pain can you identify any” over and over and over. Bored frustrated and feeling hopeless

I have been bed bound/housebound with me/cfs for 9 years. Upon using Curable these last few weeks I have found a powerful buddy whom helps me, with a new feeling of answers, solutions in getting through my day. Given me real, deep ability to improve in such a short period of time. I can feel my body changing and healing and improving. Best feeling ever. Thank you Curable! 🙏

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks now and it has been very helpful in many ways. Grounded in research and science, I am grateful that such an app exists! A big thank you to the creators of this app and these resources!

The content is somewhat helpful but I received no email reminder about the subscription renewal, and no receipt upon it renewing. If I had of received these I would have cancelled in advance, or used their 30 day refund process. However, after a busy Christmas and new year period I noticed it charged to my credit card ($25 more than the previous year!) and because it had renewed more than 30 days prior I contacted them via the email - I received an automated response first, and then another reply where they addressed it to someone else’s name, despite my clear email sign off and signature. This again leads me to think that it is purely automated. They claim I got a reminder email but I never did and I have re-searched back through my email account. It very much feels like one of those subscription traps and I aim to progress it through our relevant consumer affairs ombudsman. If you subscribe don’t assume they’ll remind you like other companies do - be sure to put a reminder in your calendar well in advance of the renewal date.

I am 57yr old female who has suffered severe neck pain and headaches for many years. It just got worse year after year. I was taking lots of pain killers Targin, palexia even medicated cannabis oil and more. It wasn’t until seeing a government appointed Physio before Xmas 2023. I’m not sure of his qualifications. But now nearly 6weeks later. I call him my savour. He introduced me to this app. I’ve been using it daily since and have successfully changed the way I think and refer to my pain. I can successfully say. I haven’t taken any hard pain medication for about 2 weeks. This app has changed me. I feel I still have more learning to do. But people trust me. It’s commitment you need and this will help. I highly recommend this app to everyone.

Doing the exercises (especially Alan Gordon ones) helped me avoid a back surgery and resolve symptoms of sciatica and foot drop - have been pain free for over a year even though I’ve had lots of stress in my life through that time. Thank you, this is life changing.

A new yearly subscription was taken out of my account without my permission after I cancelled the subscription several months ago. The only way to contact Curable is via an email address. I now have to begin the process of wasting my own time to get my own money back. Very, very dodgy practises not becoming of a so-called “health” app.

Unfortunately this didn’t help at all. I did the exercises and put in the work for months, but it did nothing to help any of my chronic pain conditions. It’s very disheartening after listening to people (who suffered with the same conditions as mine) recovery stories, only to try something else that doesn’t work. The app is basically just mindfulness, meditation and CBT. All of which I have tried previously with my psychologist.
