I have used this service for many years, and at first, when it was introduced to the market, I was thrilled. Then various technical issues started to emerge during implementation, along with poor customer support when quick help was needed. Now, there are hidden fees that are added to transactions made with their card, simply because they say so! Do not use it!
Just dont use this app, you will never any proper support in case any issues. These guys just dont care about services. Just looking for app store support to block this app
They blatantly steal money. They block the balance, they say to write to the mail and ignore for six months of the year with unsubscribes that there is a high load in support, as soon as there is time, they will answer.
Curve blocked my account without any notifications just before new year holidays, and all my money were blocked on account. The reason is that they had some questions about my documents and requested to upload them. Documents were uploaded on the same day, but account is still blocked. I created about 10 requests in customer support and there is no progress at all. Today is the 25th day of this issue, my money are still blocked in account. And all of that with Premium account (15 Euro per month) What should I do in order to keep unblock my account?
I cannot add my card to apple wallet due to regional settings, which is absurd. There is a small range of currency support.

Curve is my best app tool for spending money. It gives me everything that my bank doesn’t give. After using it for couple month i could not pay with my card any longer, also seems that funds are sufficient and spending limit is not the case. I wrote 6 letters to support over a week and got ZERO respond. You should give Curve a chance, this is a fantastic app. I just warn users - support is not what you can rely on.
Curve is a great service. I really enjoyed using it. But as soon as you need their support, you’ll realise how awful it is. I hope they resolve this issue. Until then, I’m stopping using this.
I use Curve to pay contactless with my phone and watch using ApplePay, because my bank still does not support it. Great user interface and easy to manage. Still haven’t got curve physical card, but I don’t actually need it.
I am getting unexpected error after adding Payoneer USD card. Would be good to have option to add it
