Customer Service problem
As long as it works its nice, but in case something happens with card or service you will be in deep trouble, customer service, not replying for 2-3 weeks, i was waiting to activate my new card about a week and after another 10 days they suddenly blocked my card after 6 month using, without any warning, just asked on email to submit an extra docs for verification till now after almost 3 weeks still nothing, card still blocked.
Sometimes get crazy
I gave this remark, because there is room for improvement. First and the main one! Most of the time I struggle with the feeling that Curve will take my money Twice, or for example the Cola cost 0,70€, the Curve take 1€. It’s not a big money, but at the same time Why Should I Always Check how much Curve takes money, Why Should I Always write Customer Support to get back my refund ??! It is not an advertising but the Revolut is my Yes please App, and if there won’t be any problems with payment and etc. then definitely the Curve will be number One in my list. Soo for now, it is what it is. We will see how it will be in the future, hope so we won’t wait for too long. Best wishes and Have a wonderful day. Deni <3

App is great on iPhone, but iPad...
Hello! Your service works perfectly. Credit card looks nice a is a head turner. Many people are asking where did i get it and most if not all already ordered it. I love how you can select preferred card for each situation in an instant without browsing my wallet. I would love if you guys could optimise this app for iPad. When people are working in cafes with iPads, its a very convenient to choose which card to use without using the phone at all. Pretty please
My cards doesn’t work
Is it works in Latvia?
Last update made Apple Pay stop working
Since the last update any payment made via Apple Pay is declined regardless of the card used. Your card will work well in any other case.
Dreadful experience
Whilst the technology itself is innovative, the quality of customer support means Curve is a terrible experience. Their responsiveness to fraud is well below typical bank standards and actual approach to support in general far below industry standards. For the monthly subscription they charge this really should be far better. It’s a simple fix so I hope something they can learn from to avoid losing more customers.
Weird service
Anti-Embarrassment mode doesn’t work, even with two back up cards. Sort of defeats the purpose. Also I’m now no longer with a physical card due to a problem with the app that the customer service team couldn’t fix, so I proposed to them a fresh install of the app and they would delete my account so I could start fresh, this fixed the problem they couldn’t fix but due to having to sign up again, I didn’t get a card. So cheers curve, nice one.
