Like few other people mentioned, customer service is either unresponsive and downright ignorant. No response at all, even for Metal card subscribers. Not sure what they meant “priority service” when there is no service at all. Unsubscribing soon. Get your act right or cease to exist. Rubbish!

I get no response from curve assistance, either by email or chat, no response for more than 15 days. I have been a curve customer for several years in the free offer and for a few months in the black offer. I took the plunge towards the metal offer recently (150 euro / year) and since then I have only had problems. when I go to “manage your plan” in the app, I get an error message telling me to try again later. When I add a merchant to the cash back, the app tells me that I have to switch to the metal plan. When I add a 6th card, the app tells me that I also have to switch to the metal plan. However I paid the 150 euro, I received the metal card and I received the insurance conditions by email. And to top it off, the metal card does not work in contactless (no problem in “normal” use). and what annoys me the most: no response, I feel completely ignored while I really need assistance.

CURVE is fantastic !!! But the app is unusable, the keyboard does not appear on this screen and cannot enter my password 😭😭

Depuis 2 jours, il m’est impossible d’encoder mon mot de passe. Je n’ai jamais eu ce problème avant. Je suis sur iOS 16.1. Sur les forums Curve, je ne suis pas le seul. Je cherche une solution….

Lately can’t type the passcode, thus can’t login the app. Used to work very well before. Is there a bug in the latest version?

Ever since march ‘22 i’ve been trying to claim around 5 booking.com cashbacks for around 100 GBP. 3 have a pending status for months, 2 never appeared. Been in contact with support multiple times, they acknowledge a malfunction between curve and booking.com and the fact that I’m entitled to the rewards, yet it simply doesn’t get solved after 5-6 months. Nowadays, no more feedback is granted at all. Really disappointed to see this level of support granted, surely do not recommend any premium membership given the lack of support. 1 star is more than this platform deserves at this point.

In België zijn er nog veel diensten, winkels, café’s, facturen, huren,… niet mogelijk om kredietkaarten te gebruiken. In België is er bv. Sodexo maaltijdkaart. Gelieve deze mogelijkheden ook toe te laten zodat de Belgen ENKEL Curve kaart kunnen gebruiken voor Bancontact/Maestro in winkels/brasserie…, facturen zoals elektriciteit… en de huren kunnen overschrijven via IBAN/SEPA, in grootwarenhuizen en restaurants SODEXO maaltijdkaart voeding kan betalen… Anders is €150 voor een jaar zeer duur in België! En graag de ondersteuning en de app in het Nederlands!

The standard plan is very easy and free to use. Recommended to all people who use multiple cards.

Really bad support! Since 16 days my account is blocked for an unknown reason. To unlock the account, they asked me some proof for a card I’m using with them since ages. Got them the proof and since then, no news from them. I contacted support and compliance several times without success. I invested some money in their company but when I see how they handle their customers I can see this was a bad call. Worst support ever.
