Cycles: Period & Cycle Tracker

Betrouwbaar, makkelijk en goed logboek waardoor de cyclus fantastisch is bij te houden. Zou eigenlijk geheel gratis moeten zijn zodat het beschikbaar is voor àlle mensen die daar behoefte aan hebben. De cyclus data kunnen een bron van informatie zijn. Ook heel fijn dat de app een seintje geeft op dagen dat het er weer aan zit te komen. Voor mij is het een uitkomst, en kan ik de verbazing over mijn eigen veranderende gevoelens veel beter plaatsen.

I have been using this app for over a year now and I am so happy that I downloaded this. It predicts my body complications, knows exactly when my upcoming phases are like my pms, period, follicular and ovulation. I love how it comes with several articles about for example skin care throughout your cycle and other insights. I’ve learned so much about my own body after using this app. It’s also great for those of you whos cycle isn’t regular. When you daily log your mood and body complications it will perfectly calculate your next period;)

I used to have much older version of the app. After upgrading my phone, I got the latest version. I am pretty happy with it. I like the calendar view and being able to see notes directly on calendar. The only thing that I don’t like much is the flow input expectation for period days.

I’ve been using cycles for quite a bit. I love the new visuals btw! I haven’t activate the premium membership because I’m not planning to get pregnant yet and it works for me to track my cycles perfectly. I’m now in a stage in my life where hormones want to take the control sometimes, ofc it sucks. I would love Cycles to help me feel more prepared and plan better my worklife based on my own cycles data, meaning having a calendar sync (I use google calendar to rule my life personal and work) that allows me to sync my performance (and natural limits) with my cycle. I don’t want to have a really important meeting while I’m on the worse PMS day, and having that information marked right there in my calendar would be amazingly useful. Just a simple idea that would help us high achievers with crazy hormones. Thanks X

Less user friendly and intuitive than it used to be before the upgrade.

I love this app. Simple, clear and sophisticated at the same time. The only question I have is how to change the length of your cycle? Mine is 24 days, not 28 but I can’t find any way to change this...

Pretty accurate. Helps me a lot with following my cycle and understanding my moods and body sensations

I’ve been using cycles for almost a year now and it works exactly as you would expect it to. I know what to expect, maybe 2 days off planning but thats my body, not the app ;) I use it to predict my psm and red days. I do NOT use it to predict fertile/infertile days.
