For the last four or five years ,can’t remember when Ibought the ce601fly six.theplay back footage is brilliant clear and crisp on my iPhone 11.

Thus far recording has been unreliable - sometimes it records but mostly it does not record anything at all and I’ve reached the point of deciding it’s not worth the money and will be returning it for a refund.

iOS 17 is out. Betas have been out for months. Update your app!

I’ve had nothing but problems with this app and camera , extremely poor support, no customer care centre to take this product back to. Nothing about this is user friendly.

Simple to use although needed to play with it for a while to find some settings, seems to work ok , had trouble formatting a sd card in my fly 6 gen 3 but not sure if that was app or card , second attempt was instant

Like the previous reviewer I don’t normally do reviews. I have the Fly 12 which has been great. I too have had issues connecting to Bluetooth but figured a work around. Since October however I have been unable to edit any footage as the app crashes constantly What has frustrated me more is the level of communication from customer support- virtually zero despite multiple emails. Quite happy to keep sending me sales emails but not the support I need. Totally fed up now. Had 2 incidents that I haven’t been able to submit to the police due to this

Only useful for changing settings. It’s 2023 and their camera still can’t connect to your phone and allow video retrieval?!

App hasn’t been updated in 4 years. That says everything. Obviously untested on iOS 16. Doesn’t work.

I don't write reviews - but this app is so fundamentally useless I've made an exception. It can't be that hard to handle a Bluetooth connection between a phone and another device. Everybody else manages it. But this thing can't even connect to my extremely expensive Fly12 CE, so what's the point of it?
