Life changing!!
So many amazing recipes and so easy to follow. The workouts are super easy to follow too. I love that I can talk to other Cysters and listen to more of Tallene and Sirak’s invaluable advice. I’ve lost weight and my periods have come back since following their advice. My doctor is amazed!!! I’m so grateful to them for developing this and dedicating their lives to making PCOS women feel good.
Offered support and understanding when needed the most!
I remember when I first got diagnosed with PCOS. I felt so lost as to were to even begin there were so many different voices and opinions about what to do. Then I came across the Cysterhood and I found the support and understanding that I needed to thrive with PCOS. I’m so thankful for their dedication to helping all women who struggle with pcos!

Can’t even use the app without having to pay a monthly subscription.
Could be better
I got this app after watching her content on TikTok. I like the meal plan ideas. I do think it’s a bit pricy to buy what’s on the plan and it’s a little glitchy as well. I tried to switch it so I can have the same breakfast for the week it was difficult. I also think it could do a meal overview. The workouts were frustrating. You need a warm up and cool down. I tried streaming the workouts to my tv to find it constantly shuts off unless ur holding your phone while working out it will shut off. It was the worst workout of my life trying to make sure the scream doesn’t go black while doing my workout. Once some of these are addressed I would look into YouTube
Can’t access shopping list because “Something went wrong”
The good news? I can finally swap my meals. The bad news? I can no longer access my shopping list. I have tried uninstalling, turning my phone off and on, turning my network off and on, and just straight up shifting dates around. I NEED this app to work if I am not going to receive a refund.
Lifesaver
This app has truly changed my life! It has everything to help you on your journey with PCOS. It has helped me manage my insulin resistance. I had the hardest time dropping weight and I had spent so much money on endless programs and trainers. This is the first app that’s truly helped heal me from the inside out. I am able to follow the workouts, delicious recipes to help me with meal planning. I have been able to drop weight and enjoy delicious meals without feeling guilty. There’s a wealth of knowledge that is shared so if you’re someone like me who was extremely lost in your journey this app will really teach you everything you need to know to help you with your PCOS journey.

Found them from YouTube and just starting my journey but I am doing better than I thought I could. All her videos are so helpful. I have one request - protein tracker!
Informative & Fun
I absolutely love the information that is available on this app from recipes to work outs it’s constantly updated with new fun things to try. I’m not much of a cooking connoisseur myself but the recipes are tasty and easy to follow. That with the low impact workouts I’ve really noticed a difference and it encourages me to continue my journey. Also, the fact that Tallene & Sirak have provided resources where you could choose to have your journey be community based, solo or a mixture of the two is absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would recommend!
PCOS life changer
Such an amazing app, very easy to use and the newest updates are awesome! Not only is the app easy to navigate but the recipes are delicious and the workouts are a plus! It would be nice if there was an implement for meal prepping for the week like the 4-week meal plan had. Maybe I’m missing it if it was done already but either way I love it!! Definitely recommend it if you struggling right now due to PCOS
