I never post reviews, but I will for this app. When I first setup the cover mesh network it was a nightmare with this app, had to call tech support who were also no help. Now the app doesn’t even work since i updated to iOS 16, won’t detect a device or network, again support was no help. The person or team who developed this app really needs to either get replaced or put some work in, as I spent $500 this mesh network, and looking at buying a new one at this point. Wi-Fi through the mesh is not consistent and drops signals a lot of the time too, which require a reset. But the app won’t work so then it has to be done manually. Please fix the app, it seems to be a common issue.

Waste of time setting up using the iphone app. Better set it up using an internet browser via laptop or desktop pc.

Spent ages trying to connect our new extender to our Iphones using the DLink App and failed every time. Frustrating and a complete waste of time. Our cheap TP Link was an easier set up via their app then the DLink was. We ended up calling tech support and Sam resolved the issue very quickly. Nowhere does it tell you how to set up your devices via the DLink App. Would of been nice to have some info regarding this issue in the box it came in.

Difficult to use, tells me to move extender closer when it’s 20cm away, tells you it doesnt have permissions when it does

The app is not maintained well, the UI looks really bad and needs to be updated. I didn’t buy a 500$ router for a company that can’t update a app at least once a month or so to fix bugs that doesn't let you even get into the app! Honestly considering switching to Netgear because their products and apps are more refined with more features and better looking website and apps and they update there apps and devices regularly.

The app is flaky. Have to close and open app sometimes to get wifi device. The app interface looks like something out of 90s. For managing internet access I can’t tell whether the the blue is online time or offline time as there is no colour keys.

App has a few errors where i cannot access or change. Has been like this for a while even when i updated to latest version.

Fails a lot

The apps ok but you can’t turn off the firewall in it, you select and you return to Home Screen, this is so annoying
