This is scam, paid a subscription and cannot login. There is no support

I emailed them to receive a refund right after I gained access to the app and It was not what it was advertised. Their app mentioned there is a 30 day money back guarantee but they refused to refund me the subscription.

Alas, another scam. You will not be refunded the initial cost, either: “As for the refund request, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund as according to our Terms of Use”

This is totally a scam

I went through the questionnaire from the Instagram ad and purchased the subscription. The payment was successfully deducted, but I received nothing. The webpage still shows the discount countdown, and I don't receive any email confirmation. So, I downloaded the app and went through the questionnaire all over again because I couldn’t log in with the email I used for the purchase. And now what? I can’t restore my subscription, and there’s no place to check what happened to my purchase. And now I can receive the email telling me to subscribe.

I had so much expectation for this smartyMe app. The advertisement captures the need but the what they called tailored program for you is a big lie. Waste of money. I can donate that initial payment since you guys mentioned you will not refund!! Although before signing up it is loud and clear that you mentioned “it’s a guaranteed refund”. For what for nothing!! It took me literally less than 15 minutes to subscribe- cancelled subscription- and requested deletion of the account. However, i will not tolerate this, i will try to ra escalate this issue to your team and our government fraud center if no resolution is given to me and to the people you all deceived.

I purchased what I thought was a 7 day free trial and cancelled within an hour. The company refused to refund my money stating they do not refund any money.

I accidentally subscribed to their service due to their poorly designed system, which allows multiple unintended subscriptions. Despite immediately emailing them, they refused to refund the three unnecessary transactions totaling $50. Their service is completely useless, and their business practices are only to make money and nothing in return. Don't make the same mistake I did – stay away from this service!

It’s as if the developers put“Give me the most basic poor quality content you can” into ChatGPT. Do yourself a favor and just use ChatGPT. Oh, and they also won’t give refunds.
