This app’s advertising is misleading what service they can offer. The real subscription charge is different is you subscribe.

I pay US$9.9 to subscribe, but then turn it costs me US$9.9 +US 19.9; strongly not recommend anyone to subscribe to this app. It is cheating money!!!

Don’t pay your money.Please stop downloading this app and it can’t refund to you. Even though it said they can refund to you in 30 days. This is what I get when I ask for the return the fund.’As for the refund request, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund as according to our Terms of Use, all purchases are final, and we do not refund any transaction once it has been made.’

Once paid, there is no instructions of what’s next. Only a bill sent, and telling you it’s auto renewal contract, which I did not sign up for. The app’s not looking professional with very slim information. I emailed to cancel subscription and request a full refund. Let’s see if they get back to me.

Saw IG ad about “speaking eloquently”, completed the survey on the ad and subsequently subscribed for the 4 week plan. Entered the app there were very few lessons on the topic of “communication” and there is NOTHING about speaking eloquently! The app has very little content (ie lessons), images are simple and plain, app functions were poorly designed (profile page has no back button despite the app was created 4 years ago). This app is worse than anything created by AU, a total ripoff.

Waste of money

Paid for the app downloaded it and it freezes every time I try to create an account. I’ve tried it four times now and it doesn’t work and the app has no link for customer service cause I can’t even set up an account

Be aware they have “adds in for which they charge you separately if you accidentally click “next” while purchasing a program from them.

I cannot get into my account. I have tried several times when I asked for help I was told to go in and log in again Then I was asked whether or not I had paid for the subscription and provided the information for that And again, I’m getting a request from the helpdesk or somebody login again I’m not logging in. I’m done. Please refund my money
