Best workout app there is and the developer actually listens to your feedback, which is nice!
This app has been a staple guide for my everyday workout routines. It’s very flexible and has all the tools you need. I’ve been using it for over 5 years now and highly recommend it.
In the “body” window it shows a colored pie chart with different colors for each body part. As you log your exercises the chart shows the body parts worked by the size of the “pie slice”. Practically all my resistance training exercises are super sets between the agonist and antagonists muscle pairs-push/pull. So, all the exercises I do for that workout should be equal in % worked. However, the ratios between the muscle groups are not at all equal, ex-bench press (push) and back row (pull) are worked equally in pairs but the chart shows a huge slice for chest and a very small slice for back, when they should be equal. I can not figure out a way to correct this.
Been using this app for a few years. Love watching it get better and better. I wish there was an option to pause the (timer) workout.
Such a great workout app. Only feature I wish it had is the ability to turn on my fitness focus mode when I start a workout in the app.
No bugs does what it says, worth it.
Best work out app to date. Killing it!
I use it to record 5/3/1 workouts, custom workouts, and any cardio. You can create custom exercises if they are not listed. I used to carry a notepad, but no longer need to.
Great free app to track workouts. Missing a lot of “common use” names for workouts which makes it difficult to find certain exercises but all around a good app.
I’ve been using this app for almost 4 years now and I’ve recommended it to friends and clients. It’s very easy to use and the instruction/cartoon for each exercises are a good starting point for them to have an idea hot to perform the exercises; I just have to tweak their form a little. The last update to include RPE was great as well. Some minor comment since the latest update, some of the exercises I noticed that the spelling got change and they became incorrect, e.g., dumbbell “plie” squat. Feature request: I’m a trainer and I periodically change or build a routine for my clients and use this app to record their progress on their phones. It’s really difficult for me to build their routines on my phone then take a screen shot and send it to them to build on their phones. It would be great if you could please add a feature to be able to export and send a workout routine to another person. Another feature would be great is when creating exercises that are not part of the library is to include weight and distance in the category. This is more useful for exercises like farmer’s walk since you’re not really measuring reps but distance (in yards or meters) you carry a certain weight. Thank you! Again great app!
