DailyPay On-Demand Pay

I’ve been in contact with them for the last 2 weeks about my earnings not showing up and have talked to many different agents about it and none of them seem to fix my problem. One told me it was a technical issue on there end and the others have told me is changes with my employer I have updated everything with them and nothing is being fixed. They tell me they can see my shift and my earnings but on the app it still comes out in 0 it’s not the first time this happens with them and it’s very frustrating not having access to your own money I write to them through email and no response or they respond 3 or 4 days later

Name says daily pay but you’re not paid daily or even every 24 hours when you call they say the same thing “ theyre are investigating it….

I have two jobs that use different daily pay apps. This one is absolutely by far the worst. Your earnings are supposed to update within 24 hours after you work a shift? Yeah right. It’s now been 96 hours with over 30 hours worked in that time and still showing zero earnings. Weird since I was definitely there at working clocking in and out every day! My other job’s app updates the same day. Customer service for this app is nonexistent. You get through an AI chat and then get multiple emails two days later asking if you still need help. Then you reply and get the exact same email back asking if you still need help. I’ve voiced my strong dislike for this app to my employer because we just started using it and it’s terrible. Hoping we change to a different app ASAP since the majority of my hours come from the employee using this garbage app.

DailyPay is so convenient for me! I’m so glad I’ve gotten it. So many times I’ve come short on money DailyPay comes in handy. Thank you sooo much. I’m so happy.

If you’re working for a multi million company and they offered you this app then my recommendation is don’t download it. You should be able to enjoy your full check on payday not a day or week early. I understand if you need the advances early on in certain circumstances but in the end all it does is causes a financial loop. Of course, all of my financial decisions are my responsibility. But the fact of matter that this app makes so much money on people who are in need of the extra cash when times are hard, is unbelievable. One day it’s only $25 that becomes $100 then becomes $400. You’re constantly owing yourself money for every time you advance your check. To my hard earned working people. Please wait to payday. The companies that are partnered with this app only targets low/middle class. They know when you need that advanced, it’s only a click of a button.

Not one negative!! Awesome benefit. Very small fee for a large convenience. Never effect’s regular pay day. Love this!!

Daily pay has been down for over a week and none of their customer support team can tell us why or when the issue will be fixed. They kept lying and telling us about an “escalation” that literally never happened. They tell you they’re gonna respond within 72 hours and days go by with radio silence. Don’t bother signing up! It isn’t worth the headache!

Daily pay has been giving me less than 20 dollars a day an thr fridays pay on Dec 27 was not received I called them they said it was going under maintenance but was not notified or anything with I think is absolutely ridiculous imagine all the money they make in here honestly if u use the same day which I used a lot

A bit frustrated that I’ve worked several shifts this week and nothing has posted. I had spent a little extra for the holidays and was going to pull some funds to help make rent on the first… however, for some reason this week zero of my shifts have posted an available balance. Now I’m panicking.

I got my first week of earnings but before Christmas Eve I have yet to see any more earnings and I have talked to you four people that say the same exact thing and here I am stuck with no money while they’re eating Fritos at the desk. This company was designedto take care of employers and different businesses and allow them to get their paycheck early enough instead of having to wait on it. Here it is about to be 29 December and I have yet seen the email from anybody about my money or been able to transfer any earnings because all it says is zero dollars not available yada yada yada and I know I’m not the only one so if y’allare wanting to help people out so they can have money that they worked for earlier than payday then maybe you should give them their money that is out to them
